USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Diploma 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), we inform that the personal data collected will be integrated into the automatic file under the responsibility of the Champalimaud Foundation. According to the law, at any time you can request access to the information we have about you, the rectification of information if it is incorrect or incomplete, to delete or limit the treatment of your personal data through cr-events@research.fchampalimaud.org.

IMAGE RIGHTS
By registering, I understand that the Champalimaud Foundation will capture photographs and record audio and video onsite that may include my image or voice. This material will be carefully curated by the symposium’s organising committee for dissemination purposes on Champalimaud Foundation channels. I also understand that this event may be recorded and streamed online via an online platform accessible to participants during the time of the event.

Consent

I authorise the Champalimaud Foundation to use my personal data, for the communication of all CF initiatives, whether medical, scientific, educational, cultural, or informational, as well as everything related to its mission and developed activities.
